THE ESSENTIALS
Content & AI Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Scope
These principles describe the intended creative use of our developing toolkit. The public website accepts no uploads and generates no media. Future products must provide operational rules matching their models and services.
Rights and authorisation
Use product photographs, references, music, trademarks, footage, and likenesses only with the necessary rights. Do not impersonate someone, clone a voice without permission, or imply a false endorsement. Radar is intended to analyse authorised inputs, not obtain private data or bypass platform restrictions.
Truthful ads and creator-style content
Review product details, pricing, evidence, and claims before publication. AI-generated product visuals can misrepresent real features. Synthetic testimonials or invented personal experiences must not be passed off as genuine reviews. Disclose sponsored and synthetic content where required by law or platform rules.
Prohibited uses
Do not use the toolkit for illegal activity, fraud, exploitation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, privacy violations, or harmful deception. Relevant model-provider restrictions also apply.
Review and ownership
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or similarities to existing material. Generation does not itself guarantee copyright, exclusivity, commercial clearance, or ad-platform approval. Applicable provider terms and service agreements determine rights. Insights and experiment plans do not guarantee performance.
Report concerns
Email info@popcorngadgets.com with a link and brief explanation. Do not attach unnecessary sensitive or unlawful media. Future products will describe any moderation and appeal process separately.
